l&rsquo;International Recommended Practice 29R-03 on Forensic Schedule Analysis (2011) de l&rsquo;Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE). Pour une activit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e affect\u00e9e par un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de retard, celui-ci ne peut avoir un impact sur la date d&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement du projet que s&rsquo;il est critique. Cependant, cette condition n&rsquo;est pas suffisante car si l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 critique ne subit pas de retard, il n&rsquo;y a pas non plus d&rsquo;impact sur la date d&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement du projet.
