Amaël Olivier
Founding Partner & Construction Delay Expert
Amaël testifies in English, Spanish and French. He has over 12 years of experience in forensic construction assessments. His worldwide track record includes over 25 projects from the energy, infrastructure, industrial, and residential sectors. Author of the Delay Analysis 101 and Cutting Edge Delay Analysis newsletters, he is a recurring speaker at the French Institute of Contract Management, teaches Expert Witness roles and techniques at the University of Villanova, and is a Faculty Director at the Chartered Institute of Professional Certifications.
He holds a Master in Civil and Material Engineering from the French Ecole des Mines, a Master of Science in Soil Mechanics from Imperial College London (UK), and an International Master in Construction Project Management (BIM, LEAN, IPD) from Universidad de Barcelona (Spain). He recently enrolled in an MIT xPro course on Systemic Thinking for Project Management.
Dimitrios Konstantaras
Senior Partner & Construction Delay Expert
Dimitrios Konstantaras is a testifying Delay Expert and Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in design, construction, project management, concession contracts, and delay and disruption analyses. Dimitrios has been involved in expert witness work for over 20 high-value engineering and construction cases. He has acted as lead assistant to prominent experts like David Barry in around 15 arbitration proceedings and has been appointed as a delay expert in arbitration, litigation, adjudication, and independent expert opinions eight times. Recognized by Who’s Who Legal Construction Expert Witnesses guide, he brings market-leading expertise to his role.
He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Law from King’s College London (UK), a Master’s in Construction Economics from University College London (UK), and an engineering degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). Fluent in Greek and English, his expertise spans transportation, oil and gas, power, and industrial projects across multiple continents.
Guillaume Soubias
Operations Director
Guillaume cumulates nearly 8 years of experience in the construction industry, including project monitoring. He also spent various years of his career in the aeronautical industry, collaborating with Airbus. Guillaume holds a Master in Material Engineering from french Ecole des Mines, and a Certification in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi (India).
Laura Cardini
Technology Products Director
Laura is a strategic growth leader with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation and product development. Prior to joining Orizo Consult, Laura helped businesses to grow their online presence and adjust their products to growing markets. She is the co-funder of Nexook, an AI-powered platform that streamlines business operations for consultants and professionals.
She holds a Postgraduate degree in SEO and Social Media for Communicators from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Spain) and specialized training in Digital Product Management. Fluent in Spanish, English, and capable in Portuguese, Laura leads Orizo’s technological products positioning and digital presence, with particular focus on our innovative AI integration products, while ensuring our solutions keep enhancing the quality and efficiency of our expert services.
Gustavo Recio
Senior Consultant
Gustavo is a seasoned Architect with nearly a decade of experience working for international stakeholders. Graduated at the University of Seville (Spain), he also holds a postgraduate course in Advanced Project Management by the UPC School in Barcelona (Spain) and is PRINCE2 Foundation certified. Gustavo worked for the Aura Project, a sustainable dwelling prototype ranked third at Solar Decathlon 2015. He spent his first years as project supervisor in major events, such as Mobile World Congress. Before joining Orizo Consult, Gustavo was also involved in the construction of automated warehouses in the Middle East and worked for NPSG Europe, starting up Amazon fulfilment centres accross Europe. He is fluent in Spanish and English, can communicate in Italian and Catalan, and is currently improving his French.
Nad Issa
Consultant
Nad holds a Master in Civil Engineering from Al-Baath University (Syria), as well as a Master of Science from the Escuela de Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos at the UPC in Barcelona (Spain), one of the best civil engineering degrees in Europe. He also holds a certificate in business intelligence and trains in the field of Big Data for Engineers. Before joining Orizo Consult in 2022, Nad gained experience with Nestlé where he monitored the upgrading of the third largest production centre of Nescafé in the world. He also worked as a project assistant for Windsor Patania Architects, focusing on the procurement for university and high-profile residential investments. Nad is fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic.

Nathan Morali
Senior Director
Nathan is an Expert in construction delay and quantum analysis with over 15 years of experience in international industrial and infrastructure projects. He has worked on a wide range of projects across more than 25 countries, including factories, mining, oil & gas, pipelines, aeronautics, power plants, ports, tunnels, motorways, rail, bridges, airports, and commercial buildings.
He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and an MBA in International Business from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (France, 2008), one of France’s most prestigious engineering schools. He has also completed certifications in Negotiation (2021) and Crisis Management (2023) with ADN Group.
Nathan provides expert services for all project phases, from tendering to commissioning. With 7 years of experience in arbitration and strong expertise in process plants, including mining, oil & gas refineries, and industrial production facilities, he has notably worked on numerous projects in North Africa, including Morocco.
Bastien Fournier
Senior Director
Bastien is an Expert in quantum analysis with a strong background in contract and claims management. With 18 years of experience at the heart of major projects within leading international construction companies, he transitioned to consulting, where he specializes in dispute resolution, particularly in quantum analysis.
He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from École Polytechnique, one of France’s most prestigious engineering schools. Since 2023, he has been pursuing courses in international arbitration at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Bastien has prepared numerous claims and quantum expert reports for international arbitration in both French and English. His expertise spans a wide range of projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including water treatment, desalination, nuclear energy, tunnels, dams, data centres, clean rooms, power plants, demolition, energy, railways, ports, and factories. He provides expert services from project startup to handover.
