Paris Arbitration Week – This Tuesday, March 19th, Opus 2 and White & Case LLP will host an exciting session on the intersection of AI with the world of construction arbitration.

Guiding the discussion, Matthew Rushton (Opus 2) will lead a panel featuring Emily Elliott (White & Case LLP), Ileana Smeureanu (Jones Day), and our founder Amaël Olivier (Orizo Consult), for a spirited exchange of insights.

Has AI already revolutionized arbitration? What are its capabilities and where does it still stumble? What are the current legal frameworks? These are some of the questions we aim to address at the conference.

We can answer one question right away, though: creating a perfect vignette for a post like this one is definitely an area where AI could use a bit more practice!

We extend our gratitude to the teams at Opus 2 and White & Case for their excellent preparation, and we are excited to deliver. Looking forward to the event!
